Auction process

Participation in the Auction

  • The user participates in the auction by placing a bid to purchase the lot.
  • To make a bid, the participant must fill out the appropriate form on the auction page, review its contents, and confirm their choice.
  • The participant agrees to provide the seller with their contact information, including the account name and delivery details.

Bids

  • By placing a bid, the participant commits to paying the price indicated in the event of winning.
  • Each bid must exceed the current highest price in the auction; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
  • Participants can change their maximum offer during the auction but cannot place a lower bid than the current highest.

Auction Extension

  • If a participant places a bid within the last 2 minutes of the auction, the system will automatically extend its duration by 5 minutes.

Determining the Winner

  • The winner of the auction is the participant who placed the highest bid at the time the auction ends.
  • If multiple participants submit the same bids, the one who placed their bid first wins.

Bid Commitment

  • All bids placed in the auction are binding for both the buyer and the seller.
  • The auction winner has 7 days to make the payment. If the payment is not received on time, the auction is canceled, and the participant is required to cover the auction costs as defined by the agreement with the seller.

Early Auction Termination

  • The auction automatically ends after the set time has passed.
  • The administrator reserves the right to terminate the auction at any time. If the item was damaged or stolen, the auction may be ended without determining a winner, at the seller's request.

Payment and Delivery

  • In addition to the price, the buyer may be required to cover the cost of delivery, which is agreed upon between the buyer and the seller.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction where most or all participants are unable to use the auction features (e.g., place a bid or log in), the following measures apply:

  • If the issue can be resolved within 20 minutes, the auction is extended by 60 minutes.
  • If the issue lasts longer than 20 minutes, the auction is extended by 24 hours.

Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes not covered by the rules are reviewed by the platform administrator, and their decision is final and not subject to appeal.
